Reverend Bill Roscoe

Join us as we welcome Reverend Bill Roscoe, President and CEO of Boise Rescue Mission Ministries. Rev. Roscoe has led the organization since 2002, overseeing its growth into one of the region’s largest providers of emergency shelter, recovery services, and transitional housing for men, women, and children experiencing homelessness in the Treasure Valley. Under his leadership, Boise Rescue Mission Ministries has expanded its network of programs focused on shelter, addiction recovery, job training, and long-term restoration—serving thousands of individuals on their path toward stability and independence. Rev. Roscoe will share insights from more than two decades of leadership in nonprofit service, including lessons learned from addressing homelessness, addiction recovery, and community collaboration in Idaho. |

President of St Vincent De Paul

Join us as we welcome Ralph May, Executive Director of St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Idaho. Ralph has dedicated his career to serving individuals and families experiencing poverty, homelessness, and incarceration throughout the Treasure Valley. Under his leadership, St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Idaho has expanded its reach to serve thousands of people each year through programs including emergency assistance, food support, housing stabilization, and reentry services for individuals returning from incarceration. Ralph’s work also reflects a deep commitment to addressing the root causes of poverty and helping people build pathways toward stability and self-sufficiency. Ralph also serves in broader leadership roles within the national Society of St. Vincent de Paul, contributing to efforts that guide and strengthen Vincentian service across the United States. He will share insights from his experience on the front lines of poverty relief in Idaho, the evolving challenges facing vulnerable populations, and the role community organizations play in creating lasting change. |

Rotary International’s theme for February was Peace & Conflict Resolution, and as guest speaker on 3/17, Janice Fulkerson will continue to talk about peacebuilding that begins locally and grows globally. She will share opportunities for Clubs in D5400 to think about peacebuilding differently and easily achievable actions to focus on peacebuilding in Rotary and beyond. Janice Fulkerson enjoys surrounding herself with family, friends, laughter, and service to community and others. A Rotarian since 2008, she has served in many roles across her club and the District, including District Governor in 2022-2023. Outside of Rotary, she has over thirty years of progressive leadership and experience in the health care and nonprofit industries, currently serving as Senior Advisor for the Fletcher Group. She graduated from Boise State University, School of Social Work and served honorably in the United States Army Ready Reserve. Janice currently serves as the Chair of Board for Your Health Idaho, the state’s insurance exchange; State of Idaho’s high-risk pool board secretary; She is involved in several mentoring programs, to include Big Brothers Big Sisters and was recognized as Big Sister of the year in 2016. |
